Major Activities : Internation workshop on Canadian Francophone culture and literature was held in 2014,
and another international workshop on Belgian culture and literature was held in 2015.
Additional information : Along with the Embassy of France and the InstitutFrancais, the Department has begun a teachers’
training monthly workshop called IFI, which is a Embassy sponsored programme throughout India. Between 2015-16,
four workshops were held in the Kadambini hall of the Library building which has state-of-art facilities.
